Shipping & Delivery
At Grace of Mayfair, we are committed to delivering your order reliably and efficiently, wherever you are in the world.
1. SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £60, or when you purchase 2 or more items in a single order.
For orders that do not meet either of these conditions, a flat shipping fee of £3.99 applies.
Promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
- In-stock items: Orders are processed automatically. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Made-to-order or special items: Some products may require up to 2 weeks of additional preparation time before dispatch.
- Out-of-stock items: If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you by email to offer the following options: wait for restock, substitute the product, or receive a full refund.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. These are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions or high-demand periods.

4. TAXES AND CUSTOMS
United Kingdom: All prices include UK VAT at the applicable rate. No additional charges will apply for UK deliveries.
International orders: Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are governed by local customs regulations. Grace of Mayfair cannot guarantee that low-value shipments will be exempt from such charges.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@graceofmayfair.com.
6. DELIVERY ISSUES
Incorrect address: Grace of Mayfair cannot be held responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to incomplete, incorrect or outdated delivery addresses provided at the time of purchase. Please review your details carefully before confirming your order.
Failed delivery attempts: If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts for reasons outside our control, the parcel will be returned to our logistics centre. Once received, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or discuss next steps, taking into account any additional logistics costs incurred.
Delivery delays: While we work to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, logistics incidents, customs processing or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
