Returns & Refunds
At Grace of Mayfair, we want you to love every piece you choose. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed automatically once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or interrupted once placed. However, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order in accordance with our returns policy below.
This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which govern your statutory rights as a UK customer.
2. RETURNS CONDITIONS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be accepted, all items must meet the following conditions:
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect original condition.
Labels & packaging: All original tags must be intact and attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Hygiene: We cannot accept garments showing signs of wear, staining, odour or damage.
Product representation: Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur due to photography lighting, screen calibration or production batch differences. Such variations do not constitute a defect or non-conformity.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Grace of Mayfair will cover the cost of return shipping or send a replacement at no additional charge.
Personal preference (size, change of mind): If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, lingerie and intimate apparel
- Swimwear and bikinis
- Earrings and jewellery with direct skin contact
- Items marked as final sale or promotional items
- Items damaged through misuse, incorrect washing or alteration
This is consistent with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
5. HOW TO START A RETURN
⚠️ Important: All returns must be sent to our international logistics centre. Do not return items to the address shown on your original parcel, as this is a transit address and cannot process returns.
Step 1 — Contact us: Email info@graceofmayfair.com with your order number and reason for return. Please include the word "RETURN" in the subject line.
Step 2 — Approval & address: Our team will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, we will provide the correct returns address and detailed instructions.
Step 3 — Send your return: Items must be sent within 7 days of receiving instructions. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Grace of Mayfair cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 3–5 working days.
Refund processing: If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a further 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.
Exchanges: The quickest way to exchange for a different size or style is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
Grace of Mayfair cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided at the time of ordering. Please review your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.
All returns are processed through our international logistics centre. Return shipping costs for personal preference returns are the responsibility of the customer.
